Our Alloted (Commercial Plot) Shop under Raghubir Nagar, Tagore Garden Extn. Address D-2 Raghubir Nagar Subhash Market Tagore Garden Extn in 1968 under Slum is sealed on 22/06/09 We have given all necessary records and proofs regarding this Allotment we have Original Allotment
Letter and Electricity Bills regarding this. We have also filed RTI regarding this and RTI reports says mcd dont have any records regarding this alloted
shop D-2 with other 6 shops from D-1 to D-7.In MCD records their DMC register also shows that these shops are alloted, But M.C.D Slum Deputy Commisioner
(Mr. S.K Jain) has not taken appropriate steps and dont give us any Proper information regarding this. On 3-12-1984 we have file application in M.C.D
regarding rent and they have shown us file no.139/24 which shows that this shop is alloted to us on 7-6-68 but at present they are not giving us that file
because they have lost that records and to hide their own mistake so Please take appropriate
action as soon as possible we are in great trouble this shop is our only source of living. I hope you take appropriate and fast action as soon as possible.
