Compaq C784TU Laptop
Desktop speekers are not working

Sir,

I am Mr Kesanna had purchased the Laptop with model of C784 TU bearing the Sno- CNDB 19D64V

from the Compaq dealer of M/S Gayatri infotech at KAKINADA (Andhrapradesh) in August.

In this system the main desk top speekers are not functioning since from one month. we have call locked through Gayatri infotech two times in this month (May-09), but so far no service person had been attended the problem. since it is under warrenty please do the needfull at the earliest. We hope that the service enginner will attend the problem in a short period.
