Compaq/ CQ40
Webcam is not working

HI,

This is Ankur Mishra i am having compaq laptop cq40. i am having a webcam inbuilt. now a days i am facing a problem that when i start the webcam it givee the message the hardware is not connected also sometime it work smoothly. i m in search of service center in Pune city.

Also please suggest me what i have to do. Presently my laptop is in warranty preiod.
