I have bought a hp targus 1.3 mp webcam from DURGAPUR INFOTECH (HP WORLD), city centre (ph-03432542727, 9126898920), on 11.09.2011. After a few days use, the webcam became completly dead. I was very upset. The web cam has a one year replacement warrenty. Then i contact to hp world (durgapur). I gave them the invoice and the dead webcam also on october (approx). At first thay said that company will replace the webcam but when i see they are taking no action after 30 to 45 days i again try to contact on phone. In this time they said a funny word... actually they said i have to give them the packet in which the webcam included. As the web cam was completly silled by the packet; i have to broke the packet and i didn't keep that in home. I then told them how it is possible to keep the particular packet for one year when i m giving them the invoice. I request them again to replace the webcam, the only said that they will try and if done they will contact me.. But still now there is no response. I am very upset and still waiting for any response from the HP service and durgapur infotech..thanks
