Respected Sir/Madam,

I bought your product (laptop) CQ45-205AU in August 20. Only after four days of purchase date I got an issue in my laptop. The screen was getting in problem. And I immediately contact my shopper and register a complaint regarding the issue. They registered my complaint and asked me to visit the service station on 3rd of October. As you can make sense that I made complained on 24th of August and they asked me to revisit the service station on 3rd of October. Yet I kept patient and waited for October 3. I contacted on the very same day but again I was answered to revisit the service station on October 5. I think this is ridiculous. I went on October 5 and submit my laptop there. They said it will be ready after two days. As today is the second day (October 7), I contacted them and I was answered that the issue is not solved yet. And the bloody reason was the screen that they tried to fix was of model CQ40 and mine is CQ45, they could not fix it in my model. So they again asked me to wait for more (another) 2 days. I have left my laptop at your service station. I am really really really frustrated now. I am thinking to get my money back as I am totally disappointed by your after sell service and making my mind to register a complaint in Consumer Court. But before doing any act I thought to inform the company about my problem and tolerances from you (Company). I am hoping to get the response from you.
