Regarding Compaq

Sir/Madam

compaq notebook 510 (VF633PA) with S.No- CNU9323HL7 was bought from Eurotech Communications, Nehru Place (Ph No-26431313, 32488180 on 29th October.

On 11.11.09 it was taken to HP service centre in Okhla on the suggestion from their customer care department after it developed a problem resulted in faint colour on screen and almost no visibility of window icons. Whwn the matter was reported to the Dealer at Nehru Place, they asked to contact customer care. W hen contacted the customer care, they gave certain instrctions to start the notebook. The instructions were followed step by step but failed to start the computer. Then the customer care asked to take it to

the service centre (ph-44312600) who reported the following:

Distorted display, and graphics not clear.

They said the computer needs to be left there and after two days it will be sent back. Today is the 10th day and still the computer is at the service centre. Every day I get ph calls saying that parts are not available. I have told them that they should replace the computer with the new one and compensate.

I have also spoken to one Mr. Ashok (ph-44312600)

and asked him to look into the matter. But till now nothing has been done.

Yesterday I have received the laptop at 10:00 pm and put my hard disc in laptop but it could not upon and still it is in same position.
