With due respect i want to submit as under
That i have sold a Laptop Model no. C795TU on 06/10 against bill no. 203. After purchasing it we came to know that it has some problem with it starting button and we had to press it at least 2-3 times for booting the machine. We spoke to your authourised service engineer i.e Micro Clinic and he advised us to charge it fully and the problem will be resolved and we assured the same to our customer.we delivered laptop to the cutomer on our word that you will not face this problem again
The cutomer moved to Gurgaon for his studies and was calling us for the same probled every other day and we assured him when you will come to chandigarh we will get it checked from the company to resolve this problem.
We have given this laptop to Micro Clinic Sector 34 (Authorised Service Provider) on 02 january against the job card no. 9074 with the fault (no display and starting problem).
This is imparative to state here that no action has been taken for the last 20 days and he is making promises as under
1. First Day: There is problem in the memory of the laptop will be done in two days
2. Third Day: Ram is ok and there is problem in the hard disk drive we will send it for the replacement and will be done in seven days we conveyed same to the cutomer.
3. After seven days he again quoted that the hard disk is well in order and he confirmed that all data is intact, there is a problem in the main board.
4. After three days from the last commitment he finally assured that he will deliver the laptop with in one day i.e. 16th Jan
5. On 19th January he again made the statement that the display is alreight, there might be some porblem in the screen and come what may you will get it on 22nd Jan by 11.00 am sharp.
Now to my surprise today is 22nd of Jan and he is still giving an excuse that it may take seven to 10 more days for repairing the said laptop.
I can not undersatnd that what kind of this service center is either they are not provided with skilled/qualified engineers or they are not working seriously. As i have stated above the customer is after our life to reimburse the payment or he will move to the consumer court. He has come from Gurgaon four time to collect his laptop as commited by us on behalf of the said service provider. Today the customer is again with us in our office and acting very rude and asking us to deliver the laptop or his money with in 2 hours.
Please take serious note of this complaint and take action asap. Other will i will not be responsible for the consiquences and it is compny's business to give support.
