Compaq notebook (model CQ-40-317-TU)
Poor customer service

Sir,

I bought a laptop of compaq model CQ-40-317-TU from Altek solutions, Berhampur, Orissa. After one month it shows LCD problems. So I had submit that laptop in service center, Blue solutions, Berhampur, which is an authorised service center of compaq notebooks on 19.08.09.There they told that the LCD have to be changed and it will take 10 to 12 days. But till now they have not done that. Whenever I called them they told that parts are not available. So I kindly want you to give it due atttention,
