I had purchased Compaq Presario C707TU notebook (S/N (S) CND7442TFK on Nov 19, and had applied for a TV tuner card through the webclaim process.
I had sent a copy of the invoice along with my redemption code M7261DHGEY. I had also sent a DD of Rs 600 drawn in favor of Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd., but till date I haven't recieved any acknowledgement or any reply regarding the claim. I kindly request you to look into this matter and send me the TV tuner card as soon as possible.
