Respected Sir,
I (Vinay Kumar) have purchased one compaq Presario CQ60 laptop on 7th Jan09 from your NESCO Computer, Hazratganj shop, Lucknow. From the day one I faced the following problems.
1. Internet services are not accessed on my laptop. I have Wi-Fi system at my house and lane-internet service at my office but all are useless. I complained twice about this at NESCO office at Hazratganj. Inspite of providing me solution they started demanding for money for the service.
Sir, I am already very upset because of the non functioning of internet services & in place of providing me the right solution. They are saying that you deposit money then we will see to your problem.
This is the worst service I have ever got in my life so far.
2. Many times all icons disappear. It takes too much time to reopen, which wastes a huge sum of mine prestigious time.
3. It has a problem of sudden loss of sound whether it be songs mouse or any game having pleasing sound.
4. While sharing with other computers, it never shows security option.
5. I complained twice to the NESCO office but all in vain.
Sir, I request you to replace my this set of laptop with a new one. Secondly sir if you instruct people there at NESCO Hazratganj LKO (U.P.) to take appropriate action at their customers then this will not only increase your business sale but also the best customer care services.
