Have'nt reecieved the free gift after the Rs1000 dd was delivered

Dear sir/madam,

I have not received the free UPS and printer/scanner which was part of the promotional offer for my system. The dd was delivered on the 2nd of this month to Innovative Incentives Group, Chandigarh but i've not received any calls or mails as of yet. Below are the details of the PC number and DD number.
