I have purchased a compaq 3550 desktop pc with 17 inch Tft monitor at Rs. 29, 420 from your authorised dealer at Silchar, Assam, Name: Advantage on 24th Dec with a assured gift, Gift Option: 1 Hp all in one printer model f4288 with one year comprehensive onsite warranty & HP 600 VA UPS. But I have not recived any gift from yor dealer. They are refusing any responsibility of such, and giving your address for contract. I harrased many times from the mentioned dealer.
Please take necessary action for the same.
If I will not get any response from Your Company, I Will bound to go legal action agaist your authorised dealer as well as Your Company.
