I had purchased a compaq Presario SG3650IL from M/s Computer Trade And Technology, 50/51 Goldie Complex, Chakrata Dehradunon in Feb. The machine was purchased under a scheme in which I was promised an HP UPS and HP 3 in 1 inkjet printer. As per the requirement I sent a draft of Rs. 999 in favour of INNOVATIVE INCENTIVES & EVENTS PVT LTD Chandigarh. Now after a four month wait & a lot of hue and cry I have recieved the UPS but am yet to recieve the All in one. Since the company has cheated me, I intend to initiate legal measures against HP and Inovative Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd. if I do not recieve the remaining promised product within a week.
Moreover, I had purchased 3 machine within a period of 2 months. Now I would refrain from purchasing an HP product as I fee, l the company is not honest in its dealings and has the tendency to cheat its customer.
