Dear sir/madam,

I purchased my notebook in january in Madurai. Presently i am facing problem with CD drive (not functioning). Also i request u to complately reset all the progarms include anti virus and spyware etc. Also i want to update my RAm inti 2 GB. presently it is 512 mb.
