I have been duped by a Maid / Servant placement company. They have made us register for their service but now we have understood that they actually have duped me. From the below correspondence you will have complete idea about my issue. It is almost a 20days passed I have been chasing with them for my refund but not a single reply. 5 days has passed but it seems you are taking it lightly as not a signle reply from your end.
Your Anita had called me on friday and accepted her fault by apolozing for giving fake information and has assured that by wednesday she will come personally to hand over the complete amount to my residential house, but on reminding her today she seems forgotten about the same. No problems i think need to taking proper action.

With reference to telecon held with you from your Dadar office, I claim that I have been duped by your company. From the date I have registered i.e 04th July 09 till date I have not being provided with a single maid. It was your representative/executive Ms. Anita Waghmare who have forged me by providing false information. Firstly she came at our house when we were about to leave. Secondly to took the benefit of the short time and provided us with the information which now stands to be fake.
She very swiftly got the registration form signed by my wife but the next day when we went through the form thoroughly it was notice that there was contradiction between the information provided by Ms. Anita and what was given in your registration form. On chasing her over phone she updated that the terms & conditions mentioned on the form have been amended for which there is no need to worry. She assured that she will provide us with the amended registration form within short time. But her short time has not yet arrived. It is almost a month we have left with no option to take strong action against this issue. The fake information provided by her (Ms. Anita) is as below :
a) After registration if we feel that we dont want to subscribe your placement service we can withdraw our registration but only subject to the time before placement of first maid, the amount paid at the time of registration will fully be refunded to me.
b) In cases where we are not satisfied with the maids service provided by you we can bring to your notice about the same and accordingly you will continue providing us with maids till we are not satisfied with her work.
Also would like to add that two maids which were sent at our house for the interview were not as per our requirement mentioned by us. Both the maids had also confirmed that they were not informed about our requirement.
I would not like to waste my time further. But in short, this is an intimation that you have to arrange for refunding my full payment of Rs.1500/- (paid at the time of registration) at the earliest. I would not wait for more than a weeks time.
You have to reply and inform me how are you arranging the re-payment i.e by mode of couriered cheque or by sending your representative at my residential address with cash payment. Remaining has already being conveyed to you over telecom. Hope to have your understanding and prompt arrangement.
