Ordered and having paid in full, yet to receive the product along with other offers

I have paid Rs 2000 Rs 199 by cheque No: 416049 drawn on Corporation Bank, Jayanagar branch, Bangalore. This cheque has been en-cashed by you on 31-12 as per my bank pass book. Please look into this matter. it is urgent.
