Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I was availing one year Corporate Airtel connection in Nov'07 which was expired in Oct'08 for which I telephonically informed in your Customer Care in Oct'08 for terminating the above connection and not to continue it further. And at the closing of plan number, I had already paid my dues which had been closed on 25th Oct'08. But after that, you again sent a bill for the period of 26.10.08 to 25.11.08 of Rs.78.92 for which I again telephonically informed in your Customer care that I am not using the above number & have already scraped the sim and informed your customer care executive regarding the above bill & he agreed for that and gave me request no.19655458 & assured me that further they will not send any bill for the above number. Further, two days back you again send a telephone bill for the same number by registered post for which I have not accepted. You are once again requested that when my above airtel plan number has expired in Oct'08 then why you are sending it again & again. This is for your information and record and remember I will not pay any amount against this phone number.
