SBI-Int Banking Activation Problem

Sir..

I got my internet banking kit from my branch 5 days before. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". when accessing Trouble login section..they told me that it will be activated within 48 hrs Very poor service from SBI.

Plz activate my online banking account
