COMPUTERS NOT WORKING

We have purchased eleven HP Compaq DX 2280 computers from Futura Inovations, Calicut during the March. All the systems have three years warranty. Among the systems one system shows regular complaints from the date of installation itself. Many times your techniciants visited our station and rectified the complaints. From October first week the system again shows the same complaint. Though we have informed the Delear several times over telephone and by post there has been no response from them. Now from last week onwards one more system showing complaints.

Kindly do the needful to rectify the complaints at the earliest.
