Dear Sir,
I and my family 1.jayakumar Vasudevan (age 32), 2. Bhanumathy amma (age 60), 3. Preetha (age 28), 4. Arun (age 18), 5. J.govind (Age 1and half) have booked a ticket to make a darshan at tirupathy Temple.
Railway Ticket was confirmed reservation on 16 Dec at 11.40pm from Kayamkulam to rennigunta.
For return ticket I had not recieved any confirm and I booked for Tatkal Sewa on 7.30 AM on 18 dec.
I and my family reached railway station at kayamkulam at 10.00 PM on 16 dec. but the train did not reached at time and it came at 01.40 AM and by the time we reached Rennigunta it was around 8.00 PM which was schduled at 2.40pm. I wastotally collapsed ans was not able to make tirupathy darsan on time which was scheduled at 6.30 pm to 8.00pm on 16 dec. and my mother (60) and child where totally tired.
Next day only we where able to make darshan and was not able to come back by the tatkal ticket, vijayawada express train (SPL).
I have struggled a lot to reach back to kayamkulam in several local trains in general compartment, standing, Elbowing out each otherthrough out the journey.
NO help was given by raiway staff and all were so rash, Harsh, rude and not showing any sympathy. Tirupathy railway station staff behaved very badly to me. Station manager and his staff of kayamKulam Railway Station also behaved very Roughly. I asked for complaint book and they refused me to give and were very harshly
I need proper justification for this as I have paid Rs 2300 for tatkal sewa for 4 persons and struggled a lot for no reason which was truely the mistake of Indian Railway and Thier officails. I need to get my money back and proper sction over the railway officials sitting over there and not helping any passengers who are in need of Help and informations
