NON-REFUND FROM MOBILESTORE

I made an online booking through The Mobile Store http://www.themobilestore.in on 08th August 09 vide order no 110141971.

Therafter thencompany reps called me &informed the mobile was not available. I asked for a refund of my money, also sent an email and also made 2 follow-up calls.

Till today my refund has not happened.

Please help me obtain my refund.
