Full Settlement, saving acc not activated

Dear Madam/Sir

Please Look into my issue, My SB account was blocked I checked that I have not paid the Axis Credit Card Payment, My Wife Has visited your branch in Kormangala, and spoke to Mr. Pawan and Akshita in customer care, they have informed to clear the credit card payment that is final payment, then your SB account will be activated, but more than two month, I have cleared the final payment. Still it is not activated my SB A/c no: 233010100206082. I am out of country my wife alone doing all the transaction. I need your person to call me or mail me Immediately. Mr. Pawan is not picking up the phone, After paying the due they are making us to ran behind. Ypur customer care are not doing there duty properly.
