Most respectfully I submit that I have been availing facility against credit card No. 4384 xxxx xxxx 0962 of HSBC Bank since Sep.2007 and making my account tranjections according to bank norms. But I regret to inform your goodself that I am being harassed by bank since Sep.2008 for the payment of Rs.10, 000/-. The payment was cleared by me on 05/09 through cheque no.855791 dated 05/09.
Being given clearance by bank about this payment in written I am being harassed again and again by bank to clear this payment again.
I request your goodself to look into the matter personally and oblige.
