My card no is 4477468559821009, by using this I am paying my monthly installment to a prulife policy no 03038383.

My last payment was 31st may I was requested you to do this as auto debit, now the installment time completed hence u are requested to stop the auto debit from June onwards, no more dues, kindly send me a acknowledgement for this.

About this issue I have approached your telebanking services, but I was waited in a long Q, around 18mints
