Cr.card lost & informed to cancellation

Dear sir, I have lost my UTI Cr. card and inform to cancell thru request ltr. and paid the amount Rs.4500/-(aprox.) and request to balance around Rs.150/ for waiver.

But it is understood thru sms msg. that the cr. card not cancelled and amount is now increasing.

So Kindly close this and send a closing statement at the earliest.
