Payment deduction on TRansaction failure

I am facing subject error since last 1-2 weks for which deduction from credit card is done & transaction failed.

I have faced lots of problems due to such instances as the non booking at hotels/bus etc.

Kindly resolve teh issues imemdiately to reverse the amount
