I have neever useed your card in last 2 years, however you have leived annual charges on the same and your team is following up with me to pay the same. It is a real harassement as I am getting calls on every day.

I have never used your card in last 2 years and no intention to use the same in future. Please cacel the card and all charges against it.

Please confirm the same with e-mail. Henceforth I mst not get any call from your team.
