In previous i have sand you a request no. " SR70341386 " for cancellation of credit card and to close this a/c. After it I got a call from your customer Executive for finel setellement and to pay 2500/- for no dues.
and we also got a letter from your side Ref/887/06/08/U sub and after it your cash colletors Exe came to us to collect the due 2500/- we give the amt. with Recipt No. C 2528 8590574/ dated 05-07.
After it we got a CREDIT CARD STATEMENT from your bank in which you said for due Rs. 1211.33/- with payment due date july, 29
sir, when once we cancel our credit card Account # 4477460767643002. and after settlement the due why you sand us these type of letter and dues . please do not sand us these as such in future.
