We bought two remote controls for ceiling fans from Cromptom Greaves.
They are both faulty. Any remote u use in teh room interferes with them. So if you are trying to adjust volume of TV it affects and speed of the fan!!
A person was called to service. he came after much follow up. He was not even familiar with the product and they never reverted.
So much for a big name.
The dealer also refused to help, saying this is company's problem.
