NO Refund Even after 19 days

Order No from Customerneedz is 310038832 dated 29.05.2009. I booked this ticket from chennai to hyderabad on 29th May'2009 for my 3 family members by Parveen Travels. But the online booking process was not fully completed even after my payment was taken from bank account, because some issue in customerneedz server, in this case immediately their customer service agent called me and told me that there was a problem in booking and dont go further booking and she told me that the amount of Rs.2, 400/- is refunded to my bank account within 7 days. But so far their is no action taken to refund the amount inspite of my lot of remainders and phone calls to customerneedz. Nobody has picking the phone or reply my mail for the past 7 days. And in this regard i have wrote mail to ccavenue regarding this issue and they were advised me to contact their merchant customerneedz regarding this issue. Overall this status i had very bad experience with customerneedz service. Overall this process i have lost my Rs.2, 400 towards this bad experience with Customerneedz.com.
