Erronous meter reading

Dear Sir

I am residing in Tingre nagar. From last 4 months, our electrical power consumption were as given below.

July09&&&&-52 units

June09&&&&-75 units

May09&&&&-76 units

April09&&&& 69 units

For August the unit consumption is 154 units. This month it has already crossed 184 units. We

have freeze, computer, no TV or Washing machine. More over, power cuts are frequent here.

I have already approached the Dhannori office and Vishrant wadi office of MSEB. The comments received from MSEB officials are written below.

1. When your bill was 52 units, you should have lodged a complaint?

2. Your previous bill might be wrong, the increased meter bill is correct.

My request to you, if this way common man will be dealt, what can we do.? Where to go?

Take necessary action so that we have some trust in you and MSEB.
