I have placed an order on Deals 4 all through SBI promotional offer. After 35 days of the order, I get a message mentioning the wrong AWB which is not available with the courier company which they claim.

The standard response from the so called customer support is mentioning the same AWB

Its absolutely pathetic customer service from Deals4all. They take my money but doesn't deliver.
