Purchased one Polaroid PDC5080 digital camera from the company -deals4all through SBI card offer.

Based on initial complaint that camera is giving poor quality images, company replaced with a new camera of same model through local service dealer on on 03.12.07 and Serial no. E0700131120057727.
But, the replaced camera had the same problem. Company picked-up the camera through courier on 14.02.08. After that there is no feed-back from the company till date. They also do not reply to my e-mails.
Please advise me as to how to tackle the problem/ take legal action.
