Not meeting the comitted delivery timelines after placing the orde

I have placed an order for a polo wirst watch under their offer, teh order was placed on 1st May. The agent assured the delivery will happen within 14 days, after that I was told delivery takes 21 days from the date of order (which the website also claims), and when called again on 24th May, I was told that it will take 15 days more for the delivery.

I would want to complian against non-compliance of their claims, customers are being taken for a ride by assuring a service level and not delivering the same.
