Order number 000080950 placed on 9th July for POLO CLUB - Dome Watch (PL565). This order was placed as per advertisement sheet sent by SBI Credit Card with their monthly bill.
I have placed my order for POLO Watch on 9th July and received confirmation that I would receive the product within 21 days. After 21 days passed, I asked about what happened on the product and to my surprize all emails to their support id bounced. Then I received an email from the same support ID stating that it has been handed over to courior and I can track the shipment, but no consignment number/ AWB was sent. How do I track??? When I asked them, they send me email to wait for 1 week, I would get the product. They cannot send tracking ID as product was despatched in bulk. How come they send email that you can track the order.
More surprize was yet to come. After 1 day I received an email from them that I would get my product in another 15-20 days??? When I responded that this is not acceptable and either send the product within 1 week or refund my money back to my card, again the mail started bouncing. I week is over and I have not received the product.
How can a bank like SBI tie up and promote to customer to buy their product? Now they have charged the product amount to my SBI card.
I want to know, why would I pay SBI on a product which is fraud. All credit card purchases are supported by warranty, so it's a fraud dispute I should raise with SBI which they should recover from deals4all. I cannot pay for a product which I have not received.
