I had ordered for Beverelly Hills POLO CLUB Watch Qty : 4, order nos 000011994 from the SBI site offers and swiped my credit card for the same.
The payment had been due and i paid for the same as well. I had been putting reminders over and over again to the customer support and everytime i get a mail for apology and asking for a weeks time.
Its been over 2 months i haven;t received any product and my money is gone as well..
I want you to look into the same and take actions against such offers promoted by SBI card where they cheat people into buying and never make the delivery.
Such offers should not allowed and legal actions should be taken against such cheaters.
