Not delivered the TCL HEADSET

I HAVE ORDERD TCL HEADSET ON SEPT 24 ON MY SBI CREDIT CARD, but still i have not recieved the TCL HEADSET.PLZ ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO, & what action can i take on this company.my deliver address is bangalore.the company complaint phone number is not working.ie 022-40791234.
