Non refund of the advance booking money

I booked a 2400sq. ft. land in the Daffodils project in Sriperumbudur in Dec when Deccan properties confirmed that they have the panchayat approval and were just awaiting the DTCP approval.

I paid an advance amount of Rs. 2, 98, 000.00 and they promised to have the land registered to me in a few weeks.

So far even after thousand calls I have never been able to talk to the mystery man named MR. GAUTAM VENKAT who seems to be some kind of fraud. After thousand follow up with Saranya, Posco and others at their office we have not recieved any concrete answer. They have closed their office in Chennai now.

He is now offering the land in some where else which is no where related to the site. I request the administrative authorities to start a criminal case against these people for cheating with people.

They do have any email IDs active and they keep changing the mobile numbers as well.

There is no one responsible in that office who would even respond to our phone calls and all emails that we send are returned undelivered.

I hope the consumer complaints authorities takes appropriate steps to help me get back my money.
