I had ordered for an HTC RC E160 Stereo headset. I have receiced it on time also i.e on 20th July.

BUT I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE HEADSET. I NEED YOU TO REPLACE THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST.

If I do not get any response, I would take necessary actions of contacting the media regarding your website.
