I am a doctor and has a clinic at B6/2, Ground Floor, Secotr-5, Rohini. I am a dental sureon and started my practice at above
location Since Jan (Bought on July). When i started my practice, i received a Bill of RS 22, 292 on 08/03, I
talked to officials at at Level and finally i paid the entire amount. A Person from MCD installed new meter and then i never
got the bill. I and my husband visited many times to request for meter readings. On Saturdays they said, please come on
Monday and Nothing happended on Mondays and Finally again we got a bill of 30, 734 on 19/03 We met Senior most officials
at office and he kept redirecting to various other officers. Again finally they asked us that nothing can be done, you pay
this bill and then you will start getting regular bills.
Again the same story, no bill since Feb. Meter reader came and he refused to note the reading. I visited MCD office and
met JRO and finally meter reading was noted on his request. Again no bill received..
Finally today again, i visited MCD office they gave me 3000RS manual bill for Mar- May and Not sure what is going to happen
after this.. In total i have already paid around 50, 000 RS. but not one is ready to listen. This is how the educated citizens at Delhi are being treated.
The only issue i can see is that we have not paid money in MCD department and will not pay and rather will get the water
connection disconnected. i am hardly using 20-30 ltrs of water per day (working 2 hrs only in clinic) for which i have paid
40-50 thousand in last 3 years.
Also i requested for name change around 3 years back.. No action has taken for that and no one is there is tell the status
Request you to resolve my issues. Either i should get a fixed amount bill or someone should note the meter reading. My
