Inconvenience & lose due to fault of Delhi Metro

Delhi Metro issued us (my family) three tokens from GTB nagar to Nirman vihar at 22.59 Hrs on 23 Jan but when we reached to Rajiv chowk there was no metro train to Nirman Vihar so, we stuck there but Delhi metro didn't provide any solution at late night of 23.30 hrs. It was jaust shame to Delhi metro that due to his negligently we stuck in night without money in the pocket and Delhi metro can not provide us other solution due to his fault even the duty officer was not ready to listen us. Here i strongly request you that take strong action on that matter. We got fedup that whole night only due to Delhi metro.

Please compensate my lose as soon as possible.

I have already make compliant at Delhi metro in Register at Rajiv chowk and site of Delhi metro, the complaint no is 378007 dated 23 January.
