Misbehaviour of Drive

Today 4 July sunday at 11:45 a.m. Route no. 910, Bus no. DL - IPC - 7241 bus. I picked from GOL Market and take Rs.5 ticket to takeoff at conoughtplace.

I have to go down at one stand before Shiwaji Stadium but when I reach the door it have been closed then I talked to driver to open the same. Then he called me "KYA BIMARI HAI", I said OK you can't open it so. why are you abusing? He suddanly says "TERE MUH PE MARUNGA AUR TERE CHASHMA TOD DUNGA".

I says why you are so much abusing and telling so roughly.

He again says "TUJE NICHE FENKH DUNGA".

In my opinion, whenever DTC recruit a persen atleast before give this job it should give something about "MANNERS" to serve the passangers.

Is the DTC is Blind to recruit this type of person who don't know how to talk with any person?

This is very shame for Delhi Transport corpration to recruit this type of person. He don't know about what is to be said in publically or not and making same type of misbehaveiour with citizen.

Sir one thing i also want to convey you to this type of driver make very loss to DTC. People suffer daily this type of behave without any foult.

I hope corporation will sincerly take necessary action.
