Non issue of insurance policy

My wife dr. Dr. ritaI has purchased Dell studio labtop with your finance. At time of finalisig finance, ur representative from panjim officevisited me. He collected processing fee, insurance charges and verification of address charges. I cllected my product from dealer in panaji.

I poned to ur representative three times regarding my insurance policy of the product first he told me that he will send policy and statement to my office by tomorrow. I waited no policy no even pone call.second time when i called up i was told that company will send u insuranrance policy.so far no communication.third time i called up ur person he said u have purchased sony vio product. This is all complication ur representative r doing.

Ur service on face and in practice is very disappointing.

I expect reply from concerned officer i/c immediately.
