The New metre was installed by DHBVN at C 1/300, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon in Sep 08.Which got out of order in a week. I complaint the same but no action is taken till Dec 08. In DEC 08 I received bill of Rs 2226.00 for one month on avg basis. On contact official instruct to Pay whatever bill has been sent by them.
If metre is faulty and not working right from installation where is consumer fault. Whenever issuing average bill without considering fact of the area, uses, equipment etc.
Will authority hear this case and give some relief.
