Dialinfoline refuses refund

I had signed on 20Jan12 for print ads paid Rs5500 via cash to Dialinfoline. Ads suppose to be distributed by 07Feb12 & haven't yet been distributed plus we have not been informed about the same precisely, which is very unprofessional of them. We have been following up with them ever since.

Been trying to get in touch with some senior/distributor/or some other authorized entity of the company since 2 months but the customer executive says that she (Vashnavi from Airoli, Mumbai) is the whole and soul of the company and there is no other to be contacted. She is rude and unresponsive to my queries.

There is no professional email id for contact and I am frustrated with this company. Totally unreliable, now no one even receives the phone any longer.

Not even ready to refund our money back neither provide with any precise information about the service, just vague responses is all they have. I have no clue as to what is to be done in such a scenario.
