Poor quality training

Hi Sir,

I have recently joint DIRECT ENGLISH INDIA in April09 to improve my skills in english for which I have paid Rs.12, 000/- for 3 levels (Level 4, 5 & 6) but I find that there was no training plan inplace for my level and they have made me sit with the other level batches and asked me to continue but I objected for this and requested them to refund the other two level fees, however I have told them that I would continue level 4 if they have any batch with same level 4. But to this they are relectuant to give me the refund of the fee of Rs.7, 000/-.(level 5&6).

Till date I have attended only two classes. When I raised this issue with one of the managers, he replied that one of their directors is coming to Hyderabad this month end and would resolve the issue but I am not sure my issue will get resolve and till date I have not heard anything from them.

In view of the above I would like to cancel whole training and get my full fee back (Rs.12, 000/-). Please help.
