I lodged a complaint on 03.08.2008 (complaint no. 14797723) at company's toll free number for the purpose and I was assured that the complaint will be resolved shortly (.) Till now it is not resolved and there is no definition of shortly (.) Not resolving my complaint means not satisfying your customer in the present time of competition (.) I therefore again request you to please attend my complaint on priority otherwise my faith with Dish TV shall be shaken (.)
