We have bought the DishTV service in May in Hyderabad. We tried to renew on June. To pay the annual subscription fee we created an account in www.dishtv.com (We couldn't access that account anymore). We paid two times Rs.3144 and one time Rs.3200. All the three times we received 'Payment failure' message. When we got the credit card bill details it has been deducted thrice Rs.3144 Rs.3144 and Rs.3200 respectively. In that Rs.3144 was credited back. The amount DishTv received from us now is Rs.6344. We subscribed to Dish welcome package only. It costs Rs.3144 per annum. They have to pay back Rs. 3200. They are refusing to pay back that. We have sent few emails, talked to customer care executives more than 10 times (The toll free no. will be always busy, We had made all STD calls). A week ago they gave a fax number to fax the address proof. Sending a fax to DishTV is not that easy! Atleast we tried for half an hour finally it went through. The next day some one calls and tells " We will not refund the money. You can use it for next year subscription". I have told him very clearly, " It is my money. You better pay back. Its my decision to make whether to have DishTv or not". He had cut the call.
