I had taken a connection in Jan'07 uI had taken ander VC no.01504146421-3but for the past 3months dish tv has been disconnected for no valid reason. We already had another connection at our place under VC no.015015939505 but that too does not work as it has not been functional for more than six months.
We had taken a separate connection but after so many complaints since nov.we got to know its a child connection (we were not aware of this???). Anyhow the your useless customer care does not have any vague idea as to why our connection has been disconnected. The reason given is that there are some pending dues on the parent connection1200/- which was due in dec.15th (but our connection haad been disconnected in nov. only. And when the question is put across to your DUMB-CUSTOMER CARE as to what dues -some say-the amt. 1200/-was pending right from the time of connection, other exe. says-MOvie on Demand bill is 1200/- and others say renewal charges.
Now first of all no one is aware as to why the bill is being shown on parent connection and how would we know that some amt. is pending until and unless we receive an INVOICEfrom your end.
Now some exe. told kindly deposit 254/-for VC nos. and the connection would run normally after that. This thing was done on 11th Jan.08 but till date nothing has happened. We also had put in a request to separate our VC nos. so that one connection can atleast work.
BUT I REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR COMPANY WHO RUNS ON SUCH MISLOGIC WHERE NO ONEKNOWS WHAT IS TO BE DONE.
