Hi,

I have subscribed for DNA and i'm having PRE PAID SUBSCRIPTION BOOKLET. When I called at 65738888, unfortunalety for me I got a chance to speak to PRAKASH an illiterate bugger who was so rude that he doesn’t know to handle the customer request.

From him I came to know that he doesn’t have my record in the database. I have paid 299Rs for this subscription and now there are no details available in their database and on inquiry I faced such representative of their who are pathetic.
